As a result of the recent COVID-19 pandemic, athletes across the state have seen their typical offseason programs altered significantly to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. For Coach Brady Hamar, that means changing his typical summer slate that includes a variety of camps and summer leagues, which have been a vital part of Seiling’s success on the hardwood.

After watching a senior class that won four-state straight titles graduate, it was no secret that the 2019-2020 Lady Cats were likely to see their 28-game playoff winning streak snapped at some point.
As the calendar turns to June, athletes across the state are being allowed to get back to school facilities to train. For Seiling’s athletes, that means they can get back in the gym as of this week.
