Wildcats hot-shooting offense stalls in playoff finale

The Seiling Wildcats saw their season come to an end last week, just two wins shy of qualifying for their second State Tournament appearance in three years. After picking up an opening-day victory over Shattuck on Thursday, the Wildcats were defeated by Regent Prep for the second time in eight days, eliminating them from the playoffs.

Entering the Area Round, Seiling knew they would have to win three-straight games in as many nights at the Stride Bank Center in Enid to secure a slot in the State Tournament. On Thursday, that quest got off to a strong start thanks to a 73-62 win over the Shattuck Indians.
