Seiling well represented for K101 Classic Bowl

Seiling will be wellrepresented in Woodward at the end of the month for the K101 Classic Bowls, after seven Wildcats were named to All-Star Rosters for the three events. Harley Waldrep, Kiya Whetstone, Raylee Tautfest and Macy and Karly Gore were invited to participate in the girls’ basketball game, while Brock Hedrick and Rhett Gambill were invited to play in the football game.

After going 113-5 over their four seasons in high school, on the way fourconsecutive State Championships, it is only fitting that the five seniors be named to the roster. Waldrep averaged 3.6 points and 2.6 rebounds per game as a senior, while being one of Coach Brady Hamar’s top-energy players on both sides of the court. She also averaged just over a steal per game.

Whetstone returned from a knee injury she suffered as a junior to average 4.4 points and 3.7 rebounds per game in her senior campaign. She also averaged just over a steal per game, and was Seiling’s top free-throw shooter at 80.5 percent, as well as threepoint shooter at 40 percent, among players that averaged at least an attempt per game in each category.
