Vocal students honored at Tri-State Music Festival

Seiling High School and Junior High vocal students competed at the Tri-State Music Festival on Thursday, May 2nd, at Enid. They received Superior (1) ratings from all judges in the show choir competition. They also received Superior (1) ratings on all eleven solos and ensembles they performed.

The Show Choir performed “The Loco-Motion” arr. by Brymer; “The 59th Street Bridge Song (Feelin’ Groovy) arr. by Emerson; and ‘60s Chicks (A Medley of “Johnny Angel,” “It’s My Party,” and “I Only Want to Be with You”).

Soloists were: Alee Hunt, sophomore; Mikayla Webb, ninth grade; Hannah Gregory, eighth grade; Kamryn Oakes, seventh grade.
