Last week, on a hot summer afternoon, Paula Chance sat up a lemonade stand outside her house to raise money for St. Jude’s Cancer Patients. With the help of her mother, ShiLea, a few other children and her two siblings: Claire and Lane Chance, Paula painted rocks and sold them along with lemonade for several days last week – even setting up at Seiling’s Farmer’s Market under the gazebo.
Chance is the six-yearold daughter of ShiLea and Jeremy Chance. She is the granddaughter of Elecia and Wayne Hobert and James and Shelia Schlarb. Come August, she will be entering Seiling School as a second grader. When she grows up, she wants to be a NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) doctor.
