Editorial: Skunk musk would make Oklahoma top 10 for stench

A lot of positive improvements have taken place in our legislature this year and Governor Stitt’s enthusiastic optimism deserves a lot of credit in fostering a new “can do” environment at the State Capitol.

Nobody is perfect.

Bipartisan legislation that would provide some sunshine and transparency on the shadow dealings of pharmacy benefit managers (or PBMs) has worked its way through the legislature with broad and even unanimous support from state lawmakers.

One such bill in Oklahoma’s legislature this year was Senate Bill 841. The bill passed the Senate 46-0 and the House 99-0.

Governor Stitt vetoed the bill.
