Wilfred Thomas “Tom” Pippin, passed from this life on April 18, 2020 in Seiling, OK. He was born to Thomas Pippin and Lou Verna (Vanderhoof) McBeath on October 17, 1929 in Peru, KS. The family migrated to San Bernardino, California during the dust bowl when Wilfred was a young boy. Tom graduated from high school, and soon enlisted in the Navy in 1948, where he learned to be an electrician. He continued this career after his honorable discharge in 1957. This proved to be a little more difficult for Tom because he was color blind, so he would carry a labeled wire of each color to make sure they matched right. Tom worked for many years in California.
Koulter Case McBride was tragically taken from this life into the arms of the Lord on Monday, April 27, 2020 at the age of only 2 years. He was born to Tanner and Laci (Seabourn) McBride on January 17, 2018 in Enid, OK. He spent his brief life learning, laughing, and playing, especially with his siblings.
Natalie Ann Link was born on April 23, 2020, when she had already entered the gates of heaven. She was sadly taken too soon, and will be missed by her mommy, daddy, sister and brother. Some people only dream of angels, but we have held one in our arms. Sleep tight, little angel.
Wesley Edward Blumer, was born August 22, 1960 at Seiling, OK and passed from this life at his home near Cestos, OK on April 22, 2020 at the age of 59 years. He was one of five children born to John Samuel and Wilma Dorene (Grothe) Blumer. Wesley grew up in the Seiling community and attended Seiling Public Schools, graduating with the class of 1978. He attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University at Sayre, OK and obtained his Associates degree as a medical technician. On July 11, 1981, at Crystal Beach Park in Woodward, OK, Wesley was united in marriage to Sally LuAnne Hoyt and they established a home in the Seiling and Cestos area. Two children, John Wesley and Mikayla Jo blessed their home.
